Still a bit early for a full review, but the difference in grip compared to the original Primacy 4 is striking. A lot of wheel spin at start on dry or wet surfaces with the Michelins, nothing with the Khumo, and better road holding... better for safety. We'll see if the Khumo will last 43,000 km on the front axle! But given the price difference, I trade safety for longevity without worry.
Immediately after installation, I drove nearly 3000 km, mostly on roads with speeds of 80-100 km/h. The tyre works well on a fully electric car, with no surprises in drivability compared to the previous factory-installed tyres. A good choice, I would buy again. The only negative comment relates to the delivery. I bought both front and rear tyres at the same time, but the 1001 site created two separate deliveries for the order. This also meant that the tyres arrived at different times, which was an unpleasant surprise. I had to store two tyres without knowing when the other two would arrive.
Compliant with noise and handling. We'll see over time about durability!

Great tires, I would buy them again.
Only a couple of k up on them yet but seem quieter than previous tyres that were on car. Plenty wet weather and no issues. Can't tell on wear. Got 40k on last Nexans.
I have been fitting these Kumho tires on my estate for over 15 years.
