The Econex NA-1 175/55 R15 77V is an asymmetrical profile tyre. It is equipped with a narrow tread that reduces the tyre’s rolling resistance. Good cornering ability and optimum grip on wet pavement. Anti-noise block placed on the side grooves for ultra-quiet driving.

This is not my first set of Nankang Econex. These are very good tires with an excellent quality/price ratio. Good on wet/rain, good on dry (even very good when I had to avoid an obstacle at 70 km/h) and an acceptable mileage performance for "dynamic" driving (I believe I have done at least 25/30 thousand km with a set with regular cross front/rear rotation). At first, wear seems very fast but stabilizes over time (maybe a softer coating on the first layer?). Mounted on a utility vehicle (Citroen C3 1.4 HDi), daily use mainly on well-maintained roads, vehicle very lightly loaded) This is my third set and I have never had a single manufacturing problem. As for consumption, it's hard to make comparisons, on average (on extra-urban roads and with normal driving) I am between 3.5 and 4.2 l per 100. I would make the same choice without hesitation. I have the same tire (used) as a spare wheel for more than 6 years and the sidewalls show no signs of cracking. P.S.: consider over-inflating by 0.5/0.7 BAR for PSA front sets

For the use I have, namely mounting on an old caravan chassis, the tyres are perfect.
