I can't judge the consumption because I only used Rotalla tires.
The tires are really good. They are very quiet. They handle water well and are stable. I have only driven 5,000 km so far, so I do not know the wear and there has not been any snow yet - but so far these are the best winter tires I have tried - and I come from Michelin. I will buy them again.
