The only good thing was the price, the customer service was terrible. On the 7th (four days after buying them, they were lost), your ticket service is a joke, with the first ticket, you replied the next day with delays, the second ticket is unanswered. Seur was the worst, they also delayed me and the second time I called them, the tyres were at the workshop (on the 15th) and your website had no idea. On the 17th, I had the tyres fitted and a couple of hours later you updated them as delivered. As I said, the only good thing was the price.

Good tyre, it's the delivery aspect that I'm disappointed with! After contacting the platform, I was told that my tyres had been delivered. Two days later, I learned that the delivery person had delivered my tyres to the supermarket car park next to my business.
