Like its predecessor, the Ultrac is very reliable on wet and damp roads thanks to its four longitudinal grooves; it really brakes remarkably in the rain. Grip is also very good on dry surfaces and cornering stability is ensured by wide, grooved shoulders. An impressive summer tire, with excellent value for money.

Excellent tyres, but of course, having only driven 500 km with them, it's insufficient to assess their lifespan. However, the rim protection is excellent compared to the previous tyres that were on. The tyres were also delivered within the week to the tyre centre I selected, so excellent service from Bandenleader.

When I went to change my Gislaved winter tires (very satisfied), the Cloes garage informed me that 2 of the 4 Vredestein tires that have exactly 17,500 km are already worn out and need to be replaced, the other 2 are a bit better but not great considering the mileage. I am therefore absolutely not happy with this purchase, even though I drive very calmly. Solution? Central tire customer, thank you for your opinion ChristianTasset
