I have been using this type of tyre for 8 years now and I am very satisfied with it. Very quiet rolling noise, great road grip even in wet conditions, excellent grip in snow - what more could you want! And here at Reifenleader, unbeatable prices - thank you very much!
This tire was specifically purchased to handle muddy conditions in a forest environment. Clearly much more grip than the standard tires that were on the vehicle. Noise level on the highway (Belgium/Germany) is acceptable, but the tread is audible. Only buy if the tire is going to be used for what it was developed for... to be able to drive 'off' the road as well. Also, a fairly unique size if you have a vehicle that only has an 18' rim homologation, and yet are looking for a 'light' off-road tread. Much more choice in the 17' segment, but both for 'control' and for the 'insurance' aspect, it is strongly advised not to deviate from what is on the homologation papers, even if you wouldn't change the overall diameter of the rim/tire combination. Everything can and will be used against you...

Je m'attendais à plus de protection latérale sur ces pneus, c'est plutôt un ajout cosmétique. Et la surface de contact est assez étroite, comme si elle était la même pour différentes largeurs de jante. D'autres pneus tout-terrain semblent beaucoup plus robustes avec le même niveau de confort.
